Therefore we have designed Easymodelling to allow managing your agency as a stand-alone company or as a group of agencies, thus sharing selected information depending on permission levels with your business partners. From Models' information such as contacts, stats, bios, images, audio and videos files to scheduling information, you select the levels of authorization you allow your business partners to view. Client information will always remain proprietary to your own operation.
MANAGE CLIENTS AND MODELS: Manage unlimited clients and groups, grant them access to view your models' online portfolios by boards as well as scheduling information if necessary. Grant access to your mother agencies with whom you extensively collaborate to facilitate communication and information sharing.
Manage unlimited Models with their personal information, stats, legal information, store unlimited documents such as management contract, buyout agreements, as well as accounting information (i.e. model commission, withholding tax rate and mother agency commissions), etc. You can grant access to your Models to view their charts on the Calendar, post events, see the activity generated by his/her booker.
IMAGING/ PACKAGES/ AUDIO+VIDEO: As modeling agencies have progressed into a hybrid system of utilizing both hard-copy portfolios and digitally transmitted portfolios, Easymodelling incorporates the most thorough set of features for managing model portfolios on-line and maintains the traditional book tracker for hard-copy portfolios. Create and maintain unlimited digital portfolios for a given model to respond to various demands (whether campaigns, bathing suit shoots, etc.). Create and maintain unlimited packages of digital portfolios to send electronically to your clients. Analyze your clients' response to those packages. Determine which models he viewed and to which extent.
BOOKING/ CALENDAR/ SCHEDULING/ INVOICING: Along with traditional "Imaging" features, the core of any modeling agency software. Our "Booking" functionality has been constructed from a very powerful, award-winning calendar and scheduling tool. With its streamlined design, and exhaustive set of easy-to-use features, the "Calendar" is ready to use on day one by even a novice booker. One major issue that we kept in mind while designing this modeling agency calendar, is the very specific nature of how models are booked, and how many agencies utilize 15, 20 even 30 different types of "events". We have created what we call the "Single Event Solution", allowing for the natural progression of a model job from event type to event type. In addition, we have built in the event all necessary information to issue an invoice and therefore create all accounting entries into an accounting package. This also includes expenses to be charged back to the client, whether incurred by the model or the agency. System handles various VAT rates based on the type of expense or event.
REPORTS: Without the complication of incorporating a third-party reporting system, we developed the database so that all activity within Easymodelling can be monitored in simple generated reports. To start out with, we have used our extensive expertise in the industry, and have created 25 of the most commonly generated reports. Not stopping there, we have integrated a "dashboard" view of activity, which displays data in intuitive and colorful graphs. Finally, users can have reports "pushed" to them via email on a regular basis of their choosing.
INTEGRATED COMMUNICATIONS: 100% Integrated into the Easymodelling is a complete set of automated communication tools including integrated SMS, Voice Over IP, Fax Over IP and Instant Messaging. Powered by our SMS server and Voice over Data software, Easymodelling allows instant and varied degrees of communication between agency and models.
IMPORTING AND EXPORTING: From Day 1, we built the database with the understanding how important it is for the system to work with other third-party software programs. The most important and most often implemented with modeling agencies is the use of exporting data to an agency's accounting program. Therefore, with this particularly in mind, we utilized a very standardized database design for seamless exporting and importing to most accounting programs.
